We love the property the first time we came. This time we were given wrong room while the room we requested stayed unoccupied but was told it was occupied. Waited 5 hours for a pack in play only to find a urinate filled baby sheet in it. Pool towels took 2 days to be refilled. Bed in room was not as comfortable as the bed in the room we requested.

It had a very intimate feel. The decor was stylish, artsy, and unique, unlike the cookie-cutter designs of most hotels.
I loved the location, due to the easy, close access to the beach by route of a shady path covered in grapevines. The pool wasn’t crowded, so I was able to get in some swimming.
Many amenities, coffee, shampoo,beach supplies, bikes,even sunscreen were provided.
The host/owner, Marie, was very responsive and helpful!

The servants were no problem. They didn't need to clean our rooms because we were. Lean on our own. Our items remained safe in the hotel with no fear of anyone stealing anything. They provided good service as to people but not amenities.

From the moment of entering the lobby we were greeted by check in staff. Very friendly and efficient in check in. The room is very nice with kitchen and living room. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and food. The wait staff were very friendly and catered to our needs. Of course the closeness of the beach is perfect. All in all a very nice location and experience.

the hotel was great, however I cannot say the same for the rude housekeeping staff. They seamed to have an attitude or chip on their shoulder the whole 3 days I was there. Maybe they were having a back WEEK.

Most everything we needed was within walking distance and under 1/2 mile from our stay location. There were plenty of restaurants but our favorite was Jonny Longboats with an excellent menu of just about anything you can think of and the staff and seating was great. The also had live entertainment every day. There was also a 7-11 that had most things and a mini market just around the corner from it that had the rest. And if wine & alcohol was needed there were several locations that offer it for purchase. But best of all, the area is just enough out of the way to make it pleasantly quiet. I will return here again.

The location was great. Close to beaches and restaurants. Everything was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The only thing that needs attention is the toilet. The flapper would sometimes not close and the water would run.

The villas had their own kitchens. This made it better to not having to eat out every meal. The only thing you had to do was grocery shop and cook when you wanted. There are restaurants close for you to walk to if you do not feel like cooking.
